Phylogenetic Tree Construction

Input / upload genes your are intersted in, we will construct a phylogenetic tree for these genes.

You can select "Input a Fasta File" option to construct a phylogenetic tree for your own sequences.

Also you can select "Search By Gene ID" option and input gene IDs of the 13 species in IPOP to construct a phylogenetic tree.
