    Welcome to IPOP !


    IPOP is an Integrative Plant multi-Omics Platform for cross-species comparison and evolutionary study. The IPOP platform encompasses a comprehensive collection of seven distinct types of omics data across a range of 13 species. These categories include Histone Modification, Chromatin Accessibility, Chromatin Interaction, Population Genomics, DNA methylation modification, Transcriptome, and RNA m6A modification. Additionally, users have the ability to retrieve genetic homology information, phylostratigraphic stages, and duplication events for all species via the Evolution Genomics module. Access to all data is facilitated through the search module, and can be obtained through the download module. Finally, six analysis tools are provided to enable online analysis.
